A: Our printing partner is based in Florida in the United States.

A: We ship to the following places: United State, United Kingdom, Canada, Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australia the EU Countries.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders in the US typically take a week. Orders outside the US can take several weeks. Please note this is because there are freighting delays in the post covid world.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement. Any requests made later than 48 hours will incur a $2.50 fee per item. The fee/s will be deducted from order refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to properly appear in your account. If you decide that you need to cancel your order.
Q: Do you provide refunds if I’m not happy with my purchase?
A: Unhappy customers are rare, but we are happy to give refunds under the following terms.
To protect ourselves from unscrupulous customers, our WokeMade Global Limited refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return is simple, please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging to our registered PO Box.
