SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
A: Our printing partner is based in Florida in the United States.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
A: We ship to the following places: United State, United Kingdom, Canada, Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australia the EU Countries.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
A: Orders in the US typically take a week. Orders outside the US can take several weeks. Please note this is because there are freighting delays in the post Covid world.


ORDER CHANGES

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement. Any requests made later than 48 hours will incur a $2.50 fee per item. The fee/s will be deducted from order refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to properly appear in your account. If you decide that you need to cancel your order.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?
A: Unhappy customers are rare, but we are happy to give refunds under the following terms:

1. To protect ourselves from unscrupulous customers, our WOKEMADE Global Limited refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return is simple, please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging to our registered PO Box. For more information, please see our 'Refund Policy' link at the bottom of this page for more information.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHOPPING ADDRESS
A: Please double check your address before completing the checkout process.

Address changes must be requested within 48 hours of order placement. Any requests made later than 48 hours may not be processed before order shipment. If you decide that you need to change your address, please email us at sales@wokemade.com


ORDER ISSUES

I AM MISSING ITEMS OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS
A: If you have received the wrong item/s or are missing items that you ordered, please contact us with a photo of everything you received (including packaging). We will do whatever we can to make things right.

HIGH RISK ORDERS
A: We have technology in place to help us spot fraudulent orders. If your order is flagged as a high-risk order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and blacklist you from our store.

A: Likely yes, but this will depend if our print company has started printing. Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement.
